Youths (age 7 to 30) meet on Sundays at 1:00pm.
This is a youth-led walk in group where programs empower and engage young people in constructive dialogue, skill-building activities, and community involvement amongst other skills. Through workshops, discussions, and creative projects, participants explore topics such as leadership development, social justice, mental health awareness, and environmental sustainability.
Free food items are available on Sunday by 12:15pm at our venue You may contact us to book an appointment to pick up food items on an alternate day.
We offer free beds and furniture to newcomers. You may contact us via email to get on our waitlist.
We offer Christmas Assistance for immigrants who do not have families in Regina. Registration details will be posted in December
Free clothing items may be available to the public on select days. Follow us on social media for details.
Free coffee (and sometimes breakfast) is available by 10:00am and 12:00pm every Sunday at our venue
